I hired Studio 4 to help me with my major home renovation design and execution; removing some load-bearing walls to open up my kitchen and living room, Installing new windows for the house, landscaping, and stonework. Joseph and the team at Studio 4 were great.  They had the best quote of all the contractors we contacted for some concrete work beside our house,  so much so that we decided to add a backyard deck to the project. They were able to start the work quickly (just 2 weeks after our initial inquiry) and all the work concrete and deck was completed in two weeks. Studio 4 completely transformed my home beyond my wildest expectations! From the initial consultation to the final touches, the team was highly professional and attentive to my preferences. From the first meeting to the last coat of paint, we only have positive comments for Studio4 Contracting, specifically Keenan and Gilbert. We contracted with Studio 4 Contracting for laying hardwood floors (both main and second floors), replacing the staircase and hand railing, retiling the bathroom stand-in shower and painting both floors. As you can see from the pictures, the work done was EXCEPTIONAL. Keenan given his engineering background, has a keen eye for detail and was very methodical when completing the work especially the work on the handrails for the stairs. There were no short cuts, which is a delight given my past experiences working with other contractors. Gilbert and his design background was a blessing as he helped us choose the right material as well as the paint colours. This made our lives so much easier! They would give us detailed information every day of the work they did and what they would do the next day. They would also tidy up every day which made our lives so much better while living through home renovation. From a pricing perspective, the quotes were always realistic, and they would stick to the quotes provided, which was great as this helped us tremendously in sticking to our budget. They are skilled, professional, and well-priced to market.
